  • European Union: Free shipping with no minimum purchase
  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs calculated at checkout

Delivery Times

Metropolitan France:

  • Standard delivery time: 3-7 business days
  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping: 2-5 business days

European Union:

  • Standard delivery time: 7-14 business days
  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping: 6-12 business days

International (outside EU):

  • Standard delivery time: 10-21 business days
  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping: 9-19 business days

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Shipped the same day (if product in stock)
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Shipped the next business day
  • Weekend orders: Shipped the following Monday

European Union:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

All our jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transport:

Delivery to a Relay Point

For Metropolitan France, you can choose delivery to a relay point:

  • More than 10,000 relay points available
  • Collection within 14 days
  • Notification by email and SMS

Delivery Issues

Package not received:

If you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the online tracking status
  2. Contact us at contact@bmyany.com with your order number
  3. We will open an investigation with the carrier
  4. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

Damaged package:

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Refuse the package or note the damage on the delivery slip
  2. Take photos of the package and packaging
  3. Contact us immediately at contact@bmyany.com
  4. We will send you a free replacement

Incorrect delivery address:

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. If you notice an error after confirmation:

  • We will try to change the address if the package has not yet been shipped
  • If the package is already in transit, additional charges may apply

Customs and Taxes (International Deliveries)

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country

Personalized Products

Personalized or engraved jewelry requires additional time:

  • Personalization time: 3-5 business days
  • Then standard delivery time according to your country
  • Total time: 6-12 days (France), 10-19 days (EU), 13-26 days (International)

Peak Periods

During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, sales), delivery times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering in advance.
