Return and Refund Policy

At BMYANY, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible and transparent return policy.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied with it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless manufacturing defect)
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Final sale items

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@bmyany.com with your order number
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label (for metropolitan France)
  3. Carefully package your item in its original packaging
  4. Drop off the package at a relay point or post office

Return Shipping Costs

  • Metropolitan France: Free returns with our prepaid label
  • European Union: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (reimbursed if the item is defective)
  • Rest of the world: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Item showing clear signs of use
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Item not returned in its original condition

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same, please contact us at contact@bmyany.com.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@bmyany.com
  2. Send us photos of the item and packaging
  3. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund
  4. Return shipping costs will be at our expense

Lost or Unreceived Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us at contact@bmyany.com
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund
